What precautions are you taking during COVID-19?

She is Art Beauty is doing everything within our control to keep both you & our artists healthy during this time. Our artists are taking extra sanitary precautions between clients. Before your event/wedding, we will contact your venue to ensure that all protocols are met & maintained for the duration of your services.

How many people can you accommodate?

We can accommodate as many hair & makeup services as you need! It all depends on how much time we have to work with you & the availability of our talented artists! We have a large team and can easily accommodate larger parties.

Do you have a minimum?

Our minimum to provide on-location glam is 6 services (hair & makeup count as 2 services)! This does not apply to our 'Bride Only' package or in-studio services.

How do I book & secure my date?

Bookings are on a first come, first serve basis & require a 50%, non-refundable deposit of entire service total. Once we receive your deposit and signed contract, your date is secure!

Can I do a trial before securing my wedding?

Yes! However, we do not hold dates or secure artists without a signed contract and a 50% deposit. This may result in losing your date and/or your trial artist.

Do you travel?

Yes! We will travel just about anywhere for your special day! Please send us your getting ready location for an exact quote.

What types of payments do you accept?

Square is our preferred method, but we will gladly accept Venmo, Zelle, cash or credit card payments (a 3% processing fee may apply).

How do I prepare for my trial run?

This is a great way to get an idea of what you will want to look like for your special day! We ask that you come prepared with a clean face & dry hair! For both your trial run & event, please come with any accessories you plan on using day of!

Where & when does my trial run take place?

We recommend booking your trial run 1-3 months before your wedding date. We book trial runs Monday-Wednesdays from 9am-3pm. Trial locations vary depending on your location. Trial runs can last anywhere from 1-2hrs depending on services.

What do I need to know before my wedding day?

1-2 months before your wedding, we will provide the exact hair & makeup schedule for you & your party! Please make sure that you & your party come with clean faces & dry hair. We also ask that your "inspiration photos" or style ideas, are ready to go at the time of your appointment.

What if I need to reschedule/cancel my wedding?

In the event you must reschedule your wedding/event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date. 100% of your deposit will go towards your future services and a $250 rescheduling fee will be added to your total.

In the event you must cancel your wedding/event, 50% of your total is refundable up to 90 days prior to your event date.
